WHAT IS CHEMICAL ANCHOR?
For fixing certain heavy or very heavy loads, or for fixings where the risk of tearing is high. In these situations a metal anchor alone will not be sufficient, you will have to use our chemical anchor (chemical sealing).
WHICH CHEMICAL MORTAR CARTRIDGE TO USE ON WHICH MATERIAL?
Depending on the material in which you want to use the chemical anchor, you will need to use a different chemical mortar. Würth offers 4 types of chemical mortars, one for fixing in solid walls, one for fixing in hollow walls, one for fixing reinforcing bars, and a mix for fixing both in solid bodies and in hollow bodies.
ACCESSORIES TO HELP YOU WITH THE IMPLEMENTATION
First of all, Würth offers a range of threaded rods for chemical sealing, threaded rods in steel or A4 stainless steel, for cracked concrete or non-cracked concrete. To help you with the installation of your chemical anchor, Würth also offers you mortar guns to facilitate the injection of chemical mortars, but also swabs and blower pumps to clean the drill hole before attaching the chemical anchor. For fixing heavy loads at the edge of a support or on small supports, Würth recommends its chemical bulbs.
CHEMICAL MOUNTING SYSTEMS FOR CONCRETE AND MASONRY

MIX CHEMICALS AS YOU APPLY
Würth’s injectable mortar is a two-part reactive styrene-free vinylester resin, for installation with suitable application gun. The 2-component injection mortar’s ingredients are activated within the application mixing nozzle.
